NIKE is releasing their "City Series" Uptowns representing cities like Tokyo, Japan LA, and NYC, these pics above are a pair of the low top Croc "City Series" but it's not disclosed what city these represent, and these glow in the dark.
(These are the best out of the first two pairs of "City Series" i've saw)
