The List is in thanks in part to MTV and the debaters of the round table (which ranged from writers to radio and TV personalities) and hosted by MTV's Sway. This list consisted of the top 10 list of the most relevant/swagger filled/hottest(not in terms of looks) /in demand artists in Hip Hop:

(while i don't agree with the placing of some people on the list) MTV's Sway said it best "if we do this List 6 months from now it could look totally different.
